Well, yesterday I was lying in my bed and I could not sleep because I have some strange problem with not being able to sleep very well and I am sick and I can never sleep when I am sick. So I was texting Johanna, who was sitting upstairs, and I told her this short story of how I felt.
As the chill of the sea breeze wisps me hair away from me face. I wiggle me toes as the sea slurps at them. For I am just a wee girl with all the innocence in the world, tied by the hands and mouth, being held captive on the edge of a wobbly plank of wood nailed poorly on the side of a great ship. But behold the scoundrel of a pirate continues prodding me in the back with his sword. If I could only convince him of my innocence, that I was a pirate meself and that he had no worries to cast upon me. For I was one of his own, he just hadn't figured it out yet.
I hope that you enjoyed my pitiful story. :^) -Cheyenne
